Hi I am wondering about this combination Adderal 20mgxr and 20mg (regular), Lexapro 40mg, Abilify 5mg and due to the weight gain from the abilify (20lb) I am going to ask my doc today for topamax (which I've taken before). In the past Topamax has caused me to become a little delusional, but I think if I take it with the abilify I will not have that side effect and will be able to successfully lose the abilify weight gain. I sometimes wonder if the adderall causes a need for the abilify? I know that...
