What is the thing you procrastinate the most?

Why do you feel you don't get these things done?

If you could change how you do things how would you do it?

If anyone has any ideas, web sites, ect....

I was wondering if anyone would like to work on getting a group together so we could get our lives back on track and in order.

I am 40 years old and diagnosed with ADD last year. I have been taking a course on line and have no ambition to get it done. Yes, thats right I don't make it a priority. I have a husband, 4 kids, full time job, and kids in sports. I did really good in the beginning and then I got bored. That is everything I do. I start out great but never finish anything. Can you help me? I am on Adderall xr 20mg.

Does anyone have any advice on how to study, remember terminology, and just be disciplined.

I seem to procrastinate all the time.

I try to stay focused but never get done. I am quite behind.

Any advice would be great. I am will to try anything.

Hi, I work full time and have 4 kids. Two stepchildren 10 boy and 14 girl and my two boys 12 and 4 and my husband is a gamer.

I work in a factory and decided I wanted more. I am going to be forty and have been going to school to be a court stenographer. It has been a whirl-wind. I am so far behind. I can't focus or remember things. I was diagnosed with ADD. I am taking ADDERAL XR 20mg and citerplam (generic celexa) for anxiety.

I am taking the Adderal everyday...
