Day 12

After massively cutting back on caffeine, everything turned out "good", BUT I will change the schedule a bit: From a 3h core at night to 4.5h core (and 2 instead of 3 naps).

I just got a huge problem sleeping at school, I need more time to "cool down", so I will just try to get rest and something like "meditation-light".
It is, BTW, nearly unbelievable, how powerful you feel after 20 minutes of rest...

One more bad day. By now, I think it is a result from switching to caffeine (since I nearly used up all my guarana).
Even though I used really tiny doses (<1/4 -> <50mg), it really ****ed everything up (no sleep during "naps").

Sooo... Praising my last 6 guarana-capsules, no caffeine FOR (HOPEFULLY) EVER... and back to great naps, hopefully...

Day 9

This day sucked soooo much till I got home and had 30 minutes sleep/rest.

The (most probable) reason is, that I slept less than three hours: Bed(04:00)->getting up(07:00). Since I wasn't falling asleep ASAP, I probably missed 15 minutes or so.
I felt most of the time like crap.
So, I will (as I did the last days) aim at 3:15h sleep (and thus staying approx. 3:30h in bed).

Today I had earmuffs with me. But since they can't cancel out EVERYTHING, I wore under...

Day 8(?)

I don't know what to write.
Virtually no problems, not really tired, can get up quite easily in the morning (maybe because I know that I will sleep in 5h again ) and I really get stuff done (which I usually don't).

Day 6 - This f***ing rockz

  • Today I woke up before (!) my alarm went off.
    (slept 3:15h).
  • I take less guarana than normally.
    (And I feel great - so I'm not really tired).
  • I dreamed during both naps today.

I am, however, a bit shocked about my appetite. It is virtually gone.
I just forced myself to eat something, as I realized that I only ate two bananas and four slices of bread - in the last 19 hours. (Forced = wasn't hungry / no real "need" to eat).
I normally would have eaten...
