Biological clock

In general i go to bed at 11 pm and wake up at 6 am. And i don't feel rested and refreshed at all when i wake up.
Yesterday night i woke up at 3 am. Interestingly, i felt much rested than normal (6 am). I could study and focus better than normal.
Also, in evenings i feel too tired after 20 pm.
What is your biological clock?

It’s weird but I also feel noticeably more mentally rested and alert on less or little sleep. It seems like 6 hours or more causes me to go into a much deeper state of sleep. It makes it much harder and takes me much longer to feel awake.

I’m pretty sure it’s an issue with Circadian rhythm and sleep disorder. Not sure how to correct it though.

I go to bed very early and get up about 3am every day. For many, many years.

I take a crazy Adderall nap for 10 or 15 minutes and wake up raring to go every day too.

I love an adderall nap too. I still take one every morning during the work week. I get up an hour early, take my med. and go right back to sleep. This really helps get me up and going when itís time. Itís especially helpful when Iíve slept really deeply. I awake much more alert and the groggy, brain fog wears off much more quickly.

My maximum limit is 01.00 AM. I must go to sleep before that time or otherwise I will have sleep deprivation during the noon.
