How do you deal with your hyperactivity in various situations?

Its a total pain in the as* when I have gone to the movies. I drive my husband crazy with all the shifting around. We did discover those fancy theaters with the recliners and that helped but it has to be a movie that I am totally engaged in to hold my attention. This is why we do not go to the movies very much. ( that and its ridiculously expensive).

This reminds me of my dad. He often gets impatient after a while and doesn't get through a movie before losing interest. One of the last movies I went to see with him was the version of The Jungle Book that was released a few years ago. We had gotten to what seemed to me to be the most exciting part of the movie with only about 30 minutes left and my dad got up and walked out. I found him outside the theater after the movie.
