Help! anyone from oklahoma?

Hey there!

I was wondering if anyone here could help me out and recommened a psychiatrist or GP for an adult ADHD evaluation/test?
I've been researching and looking up several different doctors but I dont even know where to begin really. I found a few psychiatrists with good reviews, as well as GPs. I'm not sure which route to go with though. Any information will help! thanks!

mainly I ask because I don't want to spend lot of money on a psychiatrist, then find out that he/she is against certain treatments and medications.
