I'm living a better life by not thinking too much.

I think less and analyze less about topics that have to do with adhd and depression. I have also been been blocking those social conversations where people might call me silly or weird or anything at all. It has helped a lot and I have been able to be more myself the last 3 months. It seems like taking life as it comes is much better than planning and brooding about issues and things people say

Dunno if this is too extreme and will get you ostracized but I'm trying to get myself to take absolutely nothing personally these days (esp. at work) except maybe from my close family and friends.

And good friend recently pointed out quite graphically how much I think, the sheer volume of thoughts are a problem for me. It was good to have it pointed out because I was unaware of the scope of this problem.

OK don't think about stuff, I don't know how to stop.

I am trying to think less as well. Things get so blown up in my head that my head and heart are no longer on the same page. I find it difficult though, but I guess it just takes time and practice. I am used to thinking so much.
How do you think less?
