Are kidney problems making my ADD worse?

I find it interesting that once I started having problems with my kidneys, it's like my ADD also seemed worse that usual. Could it be related?

I think our physical health does affect adhd. So if you are in pain, have an infection, not sleeping, not eating properly and generally run down this can make symptoms worse. This applies to just about everyone anyway.

Yeah, I also noticed poor sleep definitely makes this worse...

I was also diagnosed with kidney disease and when I looked it up, I noticed that one of the symptoms was poor concentration. I was like "OMG for realz??:faint:
lol... suddenly gets distracted with smileys... :lol::giggle::D:cool:

I have worse add when I have a head cold. I'm sure it's the same for other health problems.

YES! When I have a bad cold, I feel like my meds don't work at all, or the cold counteracts the effects of my meds.
