I too am plagued with all sorts of sleeping issues...nightmares among them.
I never thought of it, but I really think you're on to something here. Nightmares being just another part of my ADD.
My mind races too...so maybe that's why I have such intense...sometimes immediate...nightmares. My "ADD mind" is bouncing around going nuts with boredom...lol.

Pretty fascinating.
And the more I learn about ADHD, the more it seems to explain about things I've gone through.
