Not sure if any of these tips are of any use:

Re: how can i keep oxygen tubes from coming out

Maybe a soft hairband that covers your ears would help, my oxygen plugs into my
c-pap machine,so I don't have to wear the canula at night. Good Luck!

You can't. Its normal for at least one tip to come out from time to time. Just put it back and don't worry about it.

I wear mine backward (the tubing behind my head instead of under my chin.)
I pull it snug and that keeps the prongs in my nose and the tubing away from my throat.

It rarely falls out for me.

Awww, thank you Fuzz Fuzz for doing research on this on my behalf! <3

I've only been on oxygen for about 3 weeks so far.
