Re: Not picking up the beginning of story

I always test really high in reading comprehension, though I don't agree with those assessments. But, trying to follow a movie (esp at a theatre when anxiety is amplified) is where I get into trouble. As absentmindprof does, I start thinking of the movie in my own way, trying to comprehend it in my own way five minutes later I'm hopelessly trying to catch up. I feel like an idiot having to ask what is going on.
