I've found this to be true for me as well. Might need to look closely at your whole daily routine, paying attention to those times of day where you feel most affected. Perhaps keeping a daily journal for a few days of your activities, including what you ate and drank, might provide some answers or reveal a pattern of some kind.

Sure hope you can determine the cause. Brain fog is certainly frustrating!
