Thank you so much for posting a research study.

The prefrontal cortex has long been one of the areas associated with ADHD.

Now as far as suplements go, there's 30 years worth of research to show that there has been no nutritional or dietary treatment shown to work as a clinical treatment for ADHD.

Furthermore, I just posted on another thread regarding a related question about nutrients and the treatment of ADHD.

The best way I can paraphrase my notes from a (9/13/05) presentation on ADHD by a neurodevelopmental pediatrician is by saying : "The Mesocortical Pathway is what determines where dopamine ultimately goes throughout the brain".

The slam dunk here is : "L-DOPA doesn't work in the Mesocortical pathway."
