For me the dosage was 2,500 of magnesium and malic acid (malate) once a day with a meal. Please start low and see how you feel...there is always a chance of causing more harm than good. Take it slow and find what is comfortable for YOU. The fact of the matter with supplements is that you enter at your own risk. Good luck to you.
