Goal setting with a therapist, life coach, etc. e.g

By 'goals', I mean: Do you want a job, college (even one course at a time), to develop some kind of skill, financial goals, etc?

Look into groups on MeetUp, as well. There may be an Adult ADD one.

Philly is big. There should be some things for you.
