10 minutes at a time is one tool that can work to assist with difficulty finding an entry point of any task. It allows one not to get overwhelmed and deal with things in discreet intervals.

It's a useful tool.

For me, this works sometimes. I just tell myself that my ADHD can outwit my tools and yeah it does. It keeps me from feeling negative about myself especially when I know the facts about ADHD.
