Adderall IR/XR -Prevention of Sexual Side Effects

I know Adderall XR has some sexual side effects that accompany it due to the tendency for the drug to constrict blood vessels. I'm a fairly sexually active individual, and I was wondering if anyone has had any positive effects with taking any herbs/supplements that open the blood vessels along side the use of Adderall? Also last time I took Adderall XR, My resting heart rate went up to 118, which has never happened before, but i also had the flu. I havn't taken Adderall for the past week until I feel better.

I heard Vitamin B12/BComplex opens blood vessels? Has anyone tried it along with Adderall or any ADHD drug that caused them the sexual side effect?
