Is this an ADD thing? - Fortune Telling ?
Ok so I have had mental health problems since I was a small child and they were triggered partially by this kind of fortune telling thing where I feel I know certain things will happen to me like e.g. convinced I will fail ... because someone whom I have been compared to, failed ...
I feel Im constantly waiting for the foot to drop and it often does. Although I have coped with some major things there are some things that I react to in this way. Does anyone get what I mean. Is this an ADD thing. Thanks.
