Wow, that's a terrible system. Your school doesn't sound like they are very knowledgeable about ADHD.

I would think that something more like breaking down assignments into smaller steps, or using a scheduler. The kinds of things that people say help them if you look at the education section of the forums.

Some people need more traditional accommodations, like a note-taker or a longer amount of time for exams. Or even a tutor.

Depends on what *you* need and what helps you, really.

My school isn't one of the bests, actually is a bit crappy. But this is a small town and people dont deal with learning disabilities/add so often.
