Apples and Ice cream (it's good, really!)
Peel and slice up apples, and sprinkle with some cinnamon. Nuke 'em for maybe 45 seconds (I tend to wing things like this, and I can't remember exactly how long) They should be a little soft, and warm...
Top with a vanilla-based ice cream. Tastes a lot like apple pie & ice cream, with out all the work...

I'm definintely going to try this.I can never get the crust right when making a pie.Sounds easy.
