Coaching really helps?
I started going to a new pdoc since I moved from my old city, I used to go to a neurologist, this new doctor told me I have several traits of asperger and that it would be good if I started seeing a specialized coach to help me with my social skills.
On the net there's lots of conflicting opnions , some people say that it helps and others says that it helps too little , anyone here had experience with coaching? is it worthy?
