Adderall Crash

Not really a crash, but here's my story. I've been on Adderall for about a year, and a few weeks ago I was on 30mg IR 2-3 times a day (depending on how long I was up). I've never had any trouble taking a day off or missing a dose, but I realized 30mg was too high when I started feeling weird a few hours after taking it. I've taken the dose down to 10mg-20mg 2-3 times a day, but I still get the weird feeling.

The feeling is hard to describe. It's sort of like a mix of anxiety, depression, agitation, and apprehension. Like something just isn't right. Just sort of unwell. Anyone know why exactly I'm feeling this way, and what I can do to prevent it?

Is it like a feeling of just being super nervous and shaky? Kind of worn out?

I found I feel that way if I let the adderall try to take the place of taking care of myself. When I eat and sleep right those feelings aren't as bad.

I get that sometimes, but it's caused by coffee in my case...
