Concerta Help!
I started Concerta 18 mg three days ago. The first two days were great felt alert, awake with a desire to organize my upside down life. Today, at 3pm I started to feel tired, irritated and my minds a big blob again. I can't get a hold of my Dr. because its Saturday. Will it hurt to take another 18 mg pill?
