Starting Fresh, and how I am personally getting the most out of my adult ADHD.
I have discovered one, simple easy way to get the most from my medication and therapy/phsyco therapy.
Remember that my viewpoints are valid, but to stop, take a deep breath, and remember to LISTEN. I personally get so caught up in whats in front of me VISUALLY, I forget to remeber the things I should be listening to. (Example, my body - personally my habbits were out of control, and now that I have them in check - SLEEP, MEDS, EAT, EXCERSISE, SHOWER - then I am ready to take on the world, and my ADHD empowers me.) That's great you're able to do that. I wish I was able to remember to take that breath and listen. I have the worst time not cutting people off. Good suggestion though.

I not only forget to remember things to listen to I forget to remember where I parked my car, put my purse. I would forget to remember to feed the cats except they refuse to let me!
