Experiences with Deprenyl

Hey,

I wanna know if anyone of you has experiences with L- Deprenyl (Selegiline) or even with D-Deprenyl. About D-Deprenyl I'm totally unable to find any experience reports, but this should be the much more effective variant.
Please share your experiences.

I'm also searching for informations about the combination of a stimulant e.g. amphetamine and Deprenyl. It seems as an MAO- B inhibitor Deprenyl potentiates the effect of the stimulant. But I'm not really sure to which extend and for how long (irreversible MAO-B inhibitor). Also its not really clear to me how sublingual intake (e.g. when taking drops from the citrate under the tongue) affects MAO-A inhibition and if this kind of inhibition interferes with meds e.g. amphetamines. Does anyone know?

Well, I don't have any experience with Deprenyl. It's not a medication that is discussed here on a regular basis. I thought I look around a bit and see if I could find some more information.

So glad i found this thread! Currently using liquid deprenyl along with Adderall XR 20mg, in hope to ameliorate tolerance/potentiate. it definitely potentiates! im currently researching whether it has tolerance reduction effects, but it also elevates superoxide dismutase in the brain, with is a very potent anti-oxidant, strong enough to counteract any of the negative effects of ingesting THERAPEUTIC dose of amphetamine. its a very good drug over all, with little no to no side effects. if you are every curious about it do some INDEPTH research first. in doses lower that 5mg it is strictly an MAO-B inhibitor, but over that you get into higher chances of MAO-A inhibition, with the nasty dietary restrictions. only thing i have remotely found as a side effects is aslight increase in anxiety. not terrible, just enough for you to know that its there. i counter act with some other great nontoxic drugs, and 100 mg of 5-HTP. if you have have further interest inbox me. i dont necessarily feel comfortable discussing it in the open forum... not bc its bad, but bc some doof could use the information ignorantly and goof themselves up by not being careful. later.
