Could this be ADD...?

Hi guys. Please tell me if this sounds like ADHD or ADD or any other disorder to you :-

1.) Im constantly nervous or worried. Sometimes without a reason.
2.) Thinking about a particular think again and again.
3.) Sometimes when im reading something I get lost and I have to read it again. (This happens A LOT.)
4.) When I study for like 10-15 I feel bored and want to take a break.
5.) I cant focus one task.
6.) When someone says something to me particularly when they are explaining i get lost in between and have to ask them to repeat.
7.) I have not been happy in a long time, nor sad, just nervous and always thinking why I'm like this.
8.) Sometimes i feel like my mind is not listening to me.
9.) I masturbate a lot.

Some more details:-
Sometime when I try too hard to concentrate on something, like when im reading a chapter. Then i feel like my minds sort of opening. I keep blinking my eyes and concentrate too hard.

When i was a kid; i hated school like anything. I dont know why, but there was some sort of feeling in my heart. Maybe it was the teachers. I never wanted to do homework. I have also been stammering for some years now. I just stammer at some particular words. Besides that I can speak fluently.
And im a bit slow as well.

My father took me to a psychiatrist when I was young. I dont know why, maybe because of my grades in school. But I never really asked him. I dont feel like bringing up the topic now. So i dont ask him.

So thats about it. Please help. If something strikes my mind, ill add the details.

Thanks a lot guys!

Re: Could this be ADD...?

It could be adhd or a host of many other disorders. I would be useful for you to ask your father why you went to a pyschiatrist and then take that info with you and see a psychiatrist to be evaluated.
