Benefits of Vitamin B-12 or B-50: How do they interact with Adderall?

Are there any negative interactions taking "B" vitamins with Adderall IR 30mg (bad to take together) and what are the benefits of B vitamins for ADHD?

I take 20 mg of Adderall and also B-50's. I take the B-50's around 12:30-ish, my adderall is taken between 7:30-8:30am. I find that it gives me a small boost in focus toward the afternoon and helps carry me thru the rest of the day. I also take the B-50's on the days when I don't take Adderall, I take it in the morning then, it gives me just enough boost to get me going in the morning so I'm not just sitting on the couch surfing on my laptop all day long.

B12's and B-50's are not similarly numbered. B12 is a specific B vitamin while B-50 pills are a B vitamin complex featuring a combination of a certain amount of each B-vitamin in one pill.
