Not getting emails for replies and approved posts

My posts are being moderated as I am new. I would really appreciate if I could get an email after my posts have been approved or when there are new replies. If I am not asking for too much, even better would be if the moderation would be lifted off as I have already made some posts.

we can't send emails when posts are approved,but if you go to your user control panel (user cp) you can adjust the settings to get notification when subscribed threads are responded to, and you can opt to subscribe to all threads you've posted on--you can also opt to subscribe to any thread you like by going to the thread tools.
