Talking Sure it's WEIRD but it WORKS!! Share your strange yet successful strategies with me!

I find success in strangest & most unlikely small little adaptations but have a hard time remembering them what they are when I need them again. So this thread is an effort to help me be more mindful of those techniques.

But this thread is mainly to be able to laugh at myself & the freaky, out-of-the-norm things that I have to do daily to function that other people just don't get and I'm so tried of trying to explain!

one of my techniques is taking out my contacts to throw things in bins to get my work space free again. If I cant' see clearly I don't get distracted constantly by the items I have to handle & it saves me the frustation of continuely redirecting my attention back to my goal of cleaning off my desk & drawing space. so w/o my contacts/glasses I shave off 2 days of struggle and have a more positive mindset to start my creativity flowing.

Oh I'm really nearsighted by the way.

Contrast hydrotherapy. Take a shower 3 mins hot followed by 30 seconds or so of cold, repeat 3~ times ending with cold. Increases circulation, gives you that exercise high, well it does for me, I hope this helps. Day by day we will learn to handle it and use it to our advantage!
