Re: Does anyone else get this feeling?

I get jittery if I don't put my focus on something immediately. Usually sitting down with a book will calm me down.

Now it's winter I can't tell if I'm shivering from the cold or I'm just needing some type of stimulation.

Re: Does anyone else get this feeling?

I think you call it psychomotor agitation there seems to be a few disorders that can cause it and thank **** ADHD is one of them. I guess its just the hyperactivity turning to restlessness as I get older and less active.
