Guanfacine expectations from Concerta users?

I would like to hear from others trying to combine Guanfacine with Concerta. I'm diagnosed with major depression, anxiety and ADHD. My current prescribed medication schedule is as of yesterday:

6:00am:
36 mg Concerta
1 mg Guanfacine (generic Tenex)

12 noon:
36 mg Concerta

8:00pm:
60 mg Fluoxetine (generic Prozac)
20 mg Amitriptyline (generic Elavil) (for lessen # of headaches)
1 mg Guanfacine (generic Tenex)

.5 mg Klonopin as needed (none today)
100 mg Imitrex as needed for migraines, severe head aches

I should add that I also just upped my Fluoxetine (Prozac) to 60 mg from 40 mg as I'm still overall feeling down.

Guanfacine was added because I still struggle with some aspects of my ADD, in particular my attentiveness in meetings, being able to process what is being said, PLUS I still struggle with anxiety and guilt.

That being said, I took my first Guanfacine this am, only 1 mg, and have felt pretty crappy today. I've had an extremely tense jaw, felt anxious, and very tired. I'm reluctant to take my second dose tonight with the rest of the meds I take in the eve. Anyone who can share some experience similar to mine? Did the medication start working over time, and did side effects subside?
