Besides relatives and co-workers (past/present), How many decent friends do you have?

I have a few decent friends but they are down in Florida. I have few up here as well. But that's through the internet friends I have met. Florida was more of friends I met from school. I do miss Florida.

Currently, none. Back in high shool I had 3 good freinds who we hung out with regularily. Even though it was only for a short time about 2 months. In high school I had no friends. In college I have no friends either.

I was just diagnosed and felt SIGNIFICANTLY more outgoing, confident, and talkative. I can actual focus on an individual. Keep in mind this is two days of Adderall XR Generic 20mg. I haven't had much side effects. I was wanting to actually talk to people. It was nice. I could talk quite coherently and I felt my voice change slightly. Maybe it's just the high feeling and Psychosimantics but whatever I know I could potentially make more friends.

I guess when you ask this, you're delineating between coworkers who you are only friends with in the work setting (people you don't hang out with outside of work) versus coworkers who you become very close friends with and hang out with outside of work. Some of my closest friends started out as coworkers, but we're definitely not just coworkers, we're also very good friends outside of work.

I have a lot of friends and friendly acquaintances, people I am friendly with but don't hang out with on any sort of regular basis. I have a much smaller circle of close friends, the kind of people I would call up to hang out with or talk to about important things going on in my life. I'd say I have 3 "best friends", the people I consider my very closest, most intimate friendships. Then I have probably another 10 or so friends who are people I would feel close enough to that I would call them up to hang out, get dinner, talk about life, things like that.

I am a very social person by nature and I love to make friends and hang out with people in my spare time, so I end up with a lot of friends. But I am very discriminating as far as who I allow into my closest inner circle, the people who become my very best friends, the ones who I share the intimate details of my life with and who I know I could call up at 3 o'clock in the morning if I needed them. That number is significantly smaller. But as far as people to call up and just hang out with on a whim? I have a fair number of those. I just like to hang out, I'm very much an extrovert.

Probably 7 or 8 casual friends.

Its probably because i dislike a lot of people and am suspicious of their motives. I usually figure if someone is talking to me, they must want something of mine, or want me to do something for them.

Me and people don't mix, they come on strong and interested then fade off somehow.

The weirdest thing, that 1 is the best friend of a gf from 14. Never dated or anything like that. Somehow she can stand the ADHD i guess.

I've met and befriended thousands of people though. Had some of the best short term acquaintances.
