I was diagnosed with *ADHD*; But I honestly don't know if im *ADHD* or #ADD# for the fact that when i take my $ADERALL$ breaks, i just feel all Tired... And when i take the pill again I Have my focus back......

OMG maybe the *PILL* has become my !REALITY! lol.....

Anybody have this type of problem?

Where they feel the Pill becoming the center of attention?!

Welcome to the forums mate! I used to live in San Diego myself when I was stationed on the Stennis.

I can totally relate with your Adderall experience. The first day when I take a break isn't too terribly bad... but the second day, I'm terribly tired. Usually by the third day off of the amphetamines my body will adjust and I won't feel as tired. Have you tried waiting it out a few days, or are you putting yourself on a treatment-rollercoaster?

On a side note, please try to keep in mind that many of us here have terrible attention spans. A large number of us have reading difficulties on top of that. Please try to keep your posts clean and professional looking, as that will encourage others to read and respond to your posts. Superfluous use of **, ##, and $$ not to mention, overuse of elipses (...) will most likely encourage others to move on without responding.

OK, after the 27th re-read I think I get it. When your medication begins to wear off you have a crash period where you will feel tired. I've been on such small amounts lately I barely notice the crash. I often have a two day break and by the end of the second day I am desperate to get back on because I am so scatterbrained, sometimes tired but overall have no focus and losing control of my spending.

Sometimes I prefer the medicated me and othertimes I think it makes me too focused and sensible. There are times where I want to be oblivious to things and just be the practical joker that is me. That is as far as my identity issues go, I think.

Umm, pretty much what I'm saying is that I don't remember if I'm hyper or just racy thoughts full recovered off the medication.

I guess it's because I have been taking it so long. I don't worry about the medication too much only when I reach my peaks. Then I will take a few days break to sleep when I can so I have a clear head. Kinda like Comming back from vacation.

Something that I can remember in my past is my father is extremely hardcore ADHD he's the loudest one in the room he makes himself know. My mom said I was a hyper kid all the time but now That I am older I just see hardcore symptoms of add/gad I worry like bad.... I tend to clinch my muscles all the time when I tattoo.

I'm always tightening my fists and feet just too feel them tense up for a brief second. Do this with my eyes and other parts of my body along with some stwiching... It's really hard for me to stop this.

And I have had the muscle spazzims forever along with insomnia and my racing gifted mind.

I can socialize well and I have friends. Holding onto them that's a different story I tend too like being alone or just with a gf...
