Re: Taking Charge of Adult ADHD by Russell A. Barkley???

I'm currently reading this book and it's so easy to read. Barkley put it in manageable chapters so it doesn't seem like forever when getting to the next chapter.

I think it's one of the best books I have read yet, regarding ADHD.
