WOW moments
My wife had gastric bypass surgery last year. She gets these things called WOW moments, where she does something she wasn't able to do before, like when she first was able to cross her legs or when her weight got lower than mine.

I just had a WOW moment myself. Why can't people with ADHD have them too?
I just sent my wife an email full of sentences and paragraphs. I was also able to clearly write down my thoughts and feelings of the moment. This made me go wow. I'm only on day 2 of Adderall and already I feel a substantial improvement.

Anyone else got wow moments?

I remember once in 5th grade I accidentally took a double dose of medication. I was so productive it was crazy. I got a week worth of work done in one day. To be honest at the same time it was also very depressing as I have never been able to be that productive again and I really want to be.
