Dex and skin rubbing
ok so far the dex is going great, but
i dont know if its just one of my new fidgets (these can interchange from leg tapping, wriggling hands, not sitting for very long fiddling..quite often), but i cant stop fidgeting with my skin and rubbing my face and i've made my skin really sore around my chin...to th point where the skin is chapped ;o i had a bit of formication with concerta and ritalin when i started (strange skin sensations) that eventually died down and stopped, but i've never had such a pressing urge to keep rubbing my face...maybe its because im just restless ?
