I do smoke, but am constantly hovering somewhere between quitting and starting again (although pretty much exclusively when drinking; unfortunately I drink pretty regularly...). I dont smoke alone at home anymore.

Also, I would put (carbonated) water up there, aside from coffee I try to stick as much as possible to drinking just water and tea (and some fruitjuices). Especially carbonated water, I go through several bottles a week of that stuff.

I don't smoke. The experience of being a child (9 yr) sitting alone in the playground wondering if my Dad would survive the open heart surgery is something I will NEVER EVER forget.

In my Dad's day there was no education about the dangers of cigarettes. There is plenty of that information about now.

Frankly I would NEVER smoke even if it was the cure for ADHD. I can think of many more imaginative ways to kill myself. I absolutely hate cigarettes with a passion and even as a child I would throw people out of our house for daring to light up in front of my Dad (that included the local Priest too).

well my college dorm apparently has the "best food" on campus which equally means the worst food. and it has everything every day.

i need one of those dietician/24 hour trainers to monitor what i eat and tell me what to and what not to eat. seriously, it's 3x harder than when i was at home since i could instruct my parental units to tell me to eat something healthy or tell me to get something else as a snack when i grabbed chips.

i think this is sufficient enough to say what my 4 food groups are, the only good one i have is my food group 'Meat'

1. My E cigarette.......yeeha ! finally stopped with the regular cigarettes .....these are much less harmful, and much cheaper too ! I use a fairly heavy nicotine one , but don't get smoke, or tars or any of the bad additives that reg cigs have ....

2...tacos

3..pizza, ( in lots of forms, from "real" pizza from a restaurant, to putting sauce and cheese and stuff on a roll and then oput that in a toaster oven )

4...watered down grape soda......( I discovered that I like it just as well, and instead of a 2 liter bottle every day, that same bottle lasts me 4 days ....)


......Hard to believe I am 62 ain't it !!!!.....that list reads like a teenagers list .....
