Dictation/Audio-to-Text Software?

Is anyone here up on the current options in audio-to-text/transcription/dictation software? These may be distinct categories, but I hope you get the general idea. About 12 years ago I'd fiddled around with something called Dragon Naturally Speaking and found it worse than useless. I can only assume that the technology has improved. By how much, I don't know. Any thoughts/experiences are welcome!

Re: Dictation/Audio-to-Text Software?

I use Dragon for my mac. As well as for my iPad and my iPhone! It is great! I just updated my OS so we shall see how well it works now after reloading it to my laptop. Flory... does the mind mapping software work well?? is there a link for the provider??
