Drink less coffee or none when on Vyvanse, and drink more water. I constantly have a water bottle with me. Ritalin gives me dry mouth but I also feel ill if I go a few hours without water. Going a whole week without water...I'm surprised you didn't drop dead. Our body always needs water. Doesn't matter if you had a gallon before. That's like me eating 2000 calories and going 5 hours without eating. I'd drop dead.
