Newbie, just diagnosed in UK

hello all, i have finally got a diagnosis (private) after years of misdiagnosis and ineffective treatment of mood disorder, depression, eating disorders and 'anxiety'.

I am trying to get prescribed on the NHS.

Come here to learn and share experiences as in the UK ADHD in adults is severely misunderstood and under diagnosed.

I hope to join in the discussions!
