Need help and advice.

Hello I am 23 years old and I have ADHD.


Can anyone suggest links about basic adhd,ovarall issue/challenges, and how to manage it. thanks!

Get and read, "Driven To Distraction" by Ned Hallowell and John Ratey

It is the best book I've ever read about the topic. Hallowell has ADHD and dyslexia

This book was excellent for me as well. It starts of with nice anecdotes so it is an easy read.
