Instant potatoes that taste like fresh
This is amazing- one time I was sticking to a strict vegetarian diet with no dairy or eggs. Instead of cow's milk I would use soy. One time I used soy milk to make instant potatoes and was surprised how much better they were. They taste almost like fresh.
I use the Hungry Jack brand of potatoes which also makes a difference. Thought I would share this.
