Concerta to Adderall Dosing Equivalents

I found a chart here yesterday but I can't find it again . If I was taking 72 mg. of Concerta, what is the equivalent Adderall XR dose? I'm on 20 mg. of Adderall XR right now (my first day) and feel like I need more.

Oh man..... that was probably a chart I posted a while back from Medscape. If memory serves me correctly 72mg of Concerta should be approximately equal to 40mg of Adderall XR (two 20mg Adderall XR capsules). I'll see if I can find it again.
