Shopping for school supplies...yuk!!!

I must admit it was a little easier this year because of my meds.

However, looking at my sons list and trying to locate everything is still a chore. I almost walked out of Target when I couldn't find a ruler and a compus...very frustrating.

It's that time of year and just thought I'd post this.

Anyone hate doing this?

Paithan will become famous soon enough
I hate it with a passion. This year we had to shop for kids in 8th, 5th, 4th, 3rd, and 2nd grade. Of course all the classes and different teachers have different requirements. God bless my wife. Somehow she can keep track of everything for every kid and what we buy at 4 or 10 different stores. Keeping track of how many outfits who has, what size everyone is, what they like, what they dislike, etc, etc.

When i was a single dad shopping for just 2 kids in school, it was jeans and a t-shirt and that was it for the clothes. LOL. My 13 yr old 8th grader is really happy i remarried.

I just saw that you were a Minnesotan too. If you don't mind me asking, what part of the state are you from?

Let your kids help you pick them out. There are so many colors and choices that they will enjoy pickling what they want while lessening your burden. School supply shopping is my FAVORTIE part of school. One of the few.
