FAILED to treat me, and don't give a sh*t!

I was diagnosed with ADD like 5 months ago, and got treated with Ritalin, its helped me, but very fast I developed a tolarance, so the Doc raised my dose, then I developed it again+ strong side effects, so I was talking about it, and all I got is diffrent treatment with same medication(Concerta), its passed some time, I never had a sucess with concerta(it didn't worked at all) and I developed even stronger tolarence(I tried to take my usual dose of IR and nothing happened).

I talked about it with the Doc, and she decided another treatment, she gave me anti depresants(Edronax), it didn't worked at all, only made ADD wors, so I stoped the treatment and talked with her again, she wanted to give me stretera, but I resisted and claimed that I need "Ritalin Like"(stimulant) medication and not anti depresants, and then she told me she's against the use of adderal(and other stimulants including Focalin[why?!]) "-_-.

WHAT THE F*CK IS HER PROBLEM?! I LOST 3 STUDY MONTHS ON TREATMENTS THAT NEVER COULD HELP ME!!! and with Doc that never could give me a treatment I need.

so she left me with 30 mg of Ritalin LA that will fail misrebly since:
1.its effect will end before I end the school.
2.I have no clue how to make my homework(she is dumb and forgot to give me IR)
3.my IR dose is 20 mg, so I need like 40 mg LA dose but got only 30 mg, and beside that, I am allready have tolarence against ritalin so it won't work at all...





in my "great" country Ritalin is the only treatment that is in the insurance, so no one really knows anything about other treatments so the chances of finding a doctor that will priscribe something else are low...

so I am left with 2 choices:
1.snorting or injecting the medication(I won't do that since its dumb to destroy my body only for that)
2.cooking meth.

I guess its better then giving me adderall or other stimulants...


so what you think?
is adderall that bad?
any international way to be diagnosed and get treatment by mail?

Maybe I missed something, but I don't know how old or young you are.

My doctor put me on 10mg Metadate CD for the first week, and then progress to 20mg the next for 2 week trial. His remarks regarding Adderall were to the effect that it is widely abused and used as a party drug for college aged students in our area. I can only assume this is common throughout the US and maybe the world.

Personally I would prefer Adderall to what I have or even Vyvanse since I am more familiar with them, but that will need to come in time. Plus I can get the generics cheaper than what I'm paying for the Metadate CD.

Part of me feels that this is more of a drug company/doctor profit thing. I can't swear to it, but seems like.
