Has anyone here used an ADD Coach?
Due to the fact that I'm tired of feeling overwhelmed by all the things I need to do that aren't getting done, I'm considering trying ADD coaching.
Has anyone here used an ADD coach? If so, I'd like to hear about your experience. I have a phone consultation scheduled for tomorrow with Peggy Ramundo who co-wrote the book - You Mean I'm Not Crazy, Lazy or Stupid? She is like some sort of jedi master ADD coach I think. If she can't help me, I guess no one can.
