I just posted this link in the Scientific discussion, but I think it would serve the parents section very well. It's an article on Neuroplasticity with a video link on Transcendental Meditation; It references use in ADHD.

It's a presentation to college students by Dr. Fred Travis, Director, Center for Brain, Consciousness and Cognition.The college student he uses in his demonstration has been meditating since he was five years old. I know this is being used in many schools today.

There are comments from many educators as well as parents of ADHD and ASD children who say this method has helped their children very much!

Lady Lark, please move if you don't think it fits with the thread! It might be more appropriate in the education section.
