Surrey, BC?

I need a new psychiatrist and my family doctor is having trouble finding someone to refer me to. I'd love someone who is interested in helping me find OTHER ways of coping besides JUST medication, especially since what the last one put me on is not helping that much anymore. Can anyone recommend someone in Surrey, Langley, Richmond or Delta areas?
