Off-the counter supplements that can help balance out Adderall?

I've been reading up on Tyrosine, it can help repair nerves, neurons, muscles and I spoke to my doctor about it. I think taking it 8-9 hours after my adderall XR can help alleviate the constant gripping of the medication. And it actually did, I felt better instead of crashing in the evening and I only take the adderall mornings with 20mg (was on 15mg). I also read about NAC, it can help when I take my off-days.

I'm not promoting alternatives to potentiate. Rather something alternative that I can rely on or a supplementary so that my system isn't just all adderall. Has anyone found tyrosine to be helpful? What about NAC, what additionals have you included?

For example, I also started taking vitamin D, and my lethargic days are less and less. Let's discuss

When you say your off days, what do you mean?

I haven’t personally taken Tyrosine but I’ve read a lot of posts about just trying to find more information- most people who supplement with it, like it.

Day offs from work or even taking a day break because of tolerance build up.

Basically, I want to discuss off the counter or organic alternatives to level my amph days or help repair the abuse simply because my insurance cut me off meds from the past and I also just don't want to get any bad side effects. Like I noticed blurry vision when taking my amphs, but I included vitamin C pills and a multi vit. regimen and it helped
