Are you good at "Wheel of Fortune"?
Are you good at "Wheel of Fortune"?
I was watching "Wheel of Fortune", and I am terrible. Is this an AD(H)D thing, or, a me thing? m

Re: Are you good at "Wheel of Fortune"?
Do you enjoy other word games?
I would guess that people with better spelling and vocabulary would probably do better at Wheel of Fortune than people for whom those are not areas of strength. Many of us with ADHD (especially those of us with certain LDs) struggle with spelling, while others of us are quite good at it. I don't really know if I'm good at Wheel of Fortune or not. Based on my playing along when I was a kid, I don't think I'm terrible, but I don't think I'm a Wheel of Fortune genius, either. I would imagine that playing on TV is a whole other thing, too, vs. just jumping in from the living room. |

I never play word games. I guess I am wondering if with practice some people who have AD(H)D could excel at "Wheel of Fortune". I remember getting one question when I was about grade 5. "Four Wheel Drive" But I have not played/practiced during the last 40 years much since then either. I guess the same questions could apply to cross word puzzles. Although I have always be good at the finding the word puzzles in school, when the words are hidden in the puzzle, picked from a list on the page. (forget what the game is called?) m
